Redditch is a thriving, growing town (population circa 85,000) just south of Birmingham, with major companies such as Halfords and GKN headquartered in it. Its Ravensbank zone is shortly to host a further 1 million sq ft (approx.) of new industrial and employment space to permit expansion of its healthy manufacturing and distribution base.
Moons Moat and Ravensbank are the prime employment and distribution areas, lying just East of the town centre and adjacent to the A435 trunk road leading to the M42 (J3 under 5 minutes). Redditch town centre is 2 miles to the East via the A4023 Coventry Highway (dual carriageway).
Crescent Trade Park lies in Moons Moat North with prominent road frontage to Moons Moat Drive and faces the entrance to one of the busiest McDonalds drive-thru restaurants in the Midlands.
